- Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Implement policies and protocols to maintain restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service from staff and customer satisfaction
- Train current and new employees on proper customer service
- Organize & supervise staff shifts & roosters.
- Preparing staff performance report & provide feedback for appraisal
- Review product quality from vendors & research new vendors
- Control operational costs & ways to cut down waste
- Overseeing stock of supplies and estimating future needs of goods, utensils and cleaning products
- Preparing detailed reports on a weekly, monthly & annual basis for annual revenue expenses & sales report
- Ensure compliance with guideline, health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Responsible for the restaurant's image and ways to improve sales and satisfaction
- Problem-solving for customers and staff
