The Role:
The Receptionist greets visitors and receives incoming calls and acts as the first point of contact a visitor to Alshaya has and it is important that they politely undertand the nature of the visitor's business, who they need to see and direct them accordingly. The Receptionist must maintain company and security procedures, be able to operate telephone systems and coordinate calls and type documentation as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Communication and good customer service skills are essential. Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
- Experience in a telephone based role.
- Good basic computer skills.
- High school education.
