Requirements :
- Ability to lead independently a team of 200 persons along with Assistant Managers and Engineers in Power transformer Assembly.
- Should possess good delegating skills.
- Ability to deal simultaneously with various work orders / various products
- Able to prepare daily / weekly / monthly assembly plans and ensuring the target dates are met.
- Should maintain the shop floor discipline, maintain tidy assembly line and factory environment.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed expectations.
- Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
