Policies & Processes
Ensure implementation of IT Division policies and processes in order to achieve the IT Division’s objectives.
Management Activities
- Extensive knowledge in the following Oracle Modules (Finance (AR/AP/GL) Inventory, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Procurement Contract, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification).
- Good knowledge in budgeting, accruals, and accounting.
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
- Work with stakeholders across organization to build knowledge of the organization, products, and processes in order to understand where opportunities for improvement may add value.
- Provide user and production support when necessary.
- Need to have Oracle Fusion knowledge and its integration between HR, SCM and finance domain.
- Understand the business and controls impact of each work stream (FIN, HCM, Payroll, BPM, BI) on all facets of the organization and existing technology applications.
- Business Process Documentation.
- Healthcare Experience is Plus.
- Must to have Experience in at least 1 end to end Fusion implementation.
Reports
- Review and present reports on budget activity, including identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective actions, forecast trends and make recommendations.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to the Direct Manager that cover the section’s activities.
