We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
• Handling appointments & meetings for manager & staff plus attending meetings when necessary
• Handling the daily customers/ client’s invoices, contracts & the outstanding payments
• Handling the company’s social media accounts
• Responding to incoming emails, phone calls, Whatsapp
• Solving problems by coordinating with internal staff
• Support the Manager with all aspects of the company operations
• Using Microsoft packages to produce documents, presentations, spreadsheets and databases
• Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
• Providing the CEO with accurate reporting of activities Daily/weekly/monthly
• Handling payroll and attendance
• Coordinate office requirements & budget preparations
