Job Profile
Leads the overall marketing activity for the brand, or brand cluster, with responsibility for planning, executing and measuring the overall Annual Marketing Plan.
Work closely with senior brand team to ensure that marketing activity supports the overall revenue growth targets of the brand.
Collaborates with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and to optimize brand expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Marketing activities of Company's services& products.
• Develop the Marketing Department’s annual business plan.
• To manage the Marketing Department Budget.
• Specify market requirements by conducting market researches.
• Develop and recommend integrated plans to optimize market share and profitability of existing or new product lines.
• Analyze and understand specific customer segments and use knowledge to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Provide senior management with the necessary information of problems and opportunities relating to the customer and marketing operational plan/ initiatives.
• Manage and direct the development and operation of the web site. Ensure the site is consistent with the available services.
• Define brand’s annual advertising media mix.
• Ensure that the Marketing’s operations are in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country and with industry standards.
• Exhibiting effective training skills and providing job training and performance feedback to subordinates, encourage the involvement of team members within the department’s affairs.
• Determine and evaluate all factors that could affect the market planning such as economic climate, employment situation, competitive atmosphere, sales trend and legislative actions.
• Act to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
