a. Ensures optimal utilization of staff time and balances workload among team members on fair basis.
b. Manages the preparation of the engagement plan and ensures appropriate resources are assigned.

d. With assistance of senior manager, summarizes the key areas of the engagement for the Partner.

a. Obtains client feedback on engagement performance and takes appropriate action and ensures Clients are fully satisfied.

c. Being abreast of the new developments in the relevant field through reading / research / attending webinars

a. Generates new Sales as per the KPIs
b. Generates cross sales by promoting firm’s other service lines
c. Implements fee billing and collection schedules that minimize WIP and debtors.
d. Chargeability/Billing/Collections as per the KPIs

a. Delegates appropriately and challenges subordinates to excel.
b. Mentors and supports all levels of staff to be motivated and improve performance
c. Strives for retention of high performers in the team
d. Promotes teamwork atmosphere
