Job Title:HSE Engineer
Sound knowledge of Safety management systems, permit to work system, HSE standards, & safe work procedures. Ability to write clear & comprehensive HSE procedures, emergency response plan and HSE management documents and to manage follow-up and close outs.
Must be KOC Or KNPC Approved.
Kuwait driving license and transferable visa 18 is must.

l Ability to write clear & comprehensive HSE procedures, emergency response plan and HSE management documents and to manage follow-up and close outs.
l Application of Integrated Management Systems by International Organization for Standardization [ISO] ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management Systems, QMS) ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System, EMS) OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health Safety Management System, [HSEMS]) requirements.
l Preparation & implementation of emergency preparedness & incident response plans including the incident command systems (ICS)
l Experienced in developing HSE training plans & possess competent HSE training delivery skills.
l Experienced in working within a multi-cultural environment
