The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for a mix of projects designed to improve the effectiveness of HR services, processes, and programs designed to align HR solutions with key business initiatives. The mix will consist of HR strategic consulting including process improvement, and operational activities including improving HR's service delivery model and data collection, reporting and analysis.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
•Ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organization
•To work closely with the HR team to ensure an excellent HR service is delivered throughout.
•To establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with senior management and other Business Units to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges.
•Support a strategic, proactive HR approach through effective communication, meaningful leadership development and a sharp focus on employee engagement.
• Support implementation of the HR processes, report design and development
•Assist in the development, monitoring and improvement of HR policies, practices and programs
•To work strategically and operationally with business units in a business partnering capacity to ensure HR support is provided to enable them to meet their aims and objectives
•Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization.
•Ensure implementation of HR initiatives within the business units and provide proactive support and advice
•To ensure business units and the HR team fully utilize the online HR system and it is implemented and delivered in a timely manner
•To undertake project work as specified by the Regional HR Manager in line with the HR strategy and Business Plan
•Take the lead in areas of HR specialisms as specified by the Regional HR Manager
•Contribute to the monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR and business reporting processes.
•To undertake other tasks as assigned by the Regional HR Manager
