A leading bank in Kuwait is looking to hire a Head of insight to investigate business issues and be a source of customer and market understanding. This individual must have a minimum experience of 10 - 15 years in banking or in a financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape the Insight agenda in response to internal clients needs and constantly review with them to ensure evolvement and requirement needs.
Assist business groups meet specific information requirements, internally and externally and provide project management expertise in teh field of customer research, internal data analytics and competitor intelligence
Work closely with clienst to appreciate and use the take outs from Insight projects to help address their business issues.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree (Preferably MBA)
10-15 years if Insight experience and exposure in the GCC
Experience in leading and developing a team
