Scope of Job:
To ensure effective implementation of Company’s corporate communications strategy through managing all internal and external communications.
Also the Head of Corporate Communication responsible for building the company's brand and corporate identity and preserving its reputation through ensuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness in all its communications.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute towards formulation of strategy, annual business plans, budgets, policies and procedures of one's department, to support divisional and organizational business strategy.
2. Lead the implementation of the division's strategy with a focus to assisting in the development and promotion of COMPANY and its products presence in the local and international market.
3. Oversee implantation of procedures and controls in the Corporate Communication department Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with the set policies and procedures.
4. Develop an effective Corporate Communication/Public Relations (PR) program for successful launches of Company’s products in the local and international market and ensure adherence to the department's processes. Policies and procedures in executing the same.
5. Coordinate with senior management to develop and agree on promotional activities to be undertaken for effective promotion of COMPANY’s corporate image as a leading investment company and provide with timely reports on pre and post promotional events, providing recommendations where necessary.
6. Lead and oversee performance of all PR activities for COMPANY’s corporate events including :
- Press releases, (recommendations for publication of articles and follow-up the same.
- Organization branding.
- Advertising
- Promotional campaigns
- Seminars, exhibitions and road shows
7. Monitor the effectiveness of PR activities in coordination with CRD Team and assist in providing tactics to maximize market gain, ensuring and managing effective media coverage for the launch of new products.
8. Coordinate with divisions to plan and organize advertising, promotional campaigns, seminars, exhibitions and road shows, as required Ensure appropriate media coverage associated with the launch of new products/services.
9. Update on a regular basis Company’s investor database and past transaction information.
10. Manage investors contact through various channels, seminars, one-to-one contact, through mailers and electronic media and present investments status at Company.
11. Coordinate with Investment departments on specific investor relations initiatives.
12. Handle investor enquiries on their existing investments in the company as well as on future investment prospects by directing them to the appropriate divisions/department.
