- Review and evaluate new or renewal insurance applications to determine insurance risks, insurance premiums and extent of insurance coverage according to company policies.
- Receive claim assignments and verify coverage and policy conditions
- Conduct detailed survey investigation of the insured object.
- Examining the cause of loss/damage, identifying the insurance policy and issue recommendation about coverage.
- Determine the damages accurately and cost estimation of each accident.
- Collate and assess risk information.
- Processing and recording of insurance claim settlement transactions
- Coordinate with Finance Department for the settlement of claim amount
