JOB SUMMARY
Supports the Regional Manager - Product and Marketing in in setting Food & Beverage strategy and articulating SOP and the implementation process by coordinating product and marketing related duties through sourcing, purchase, replenishment of products for the business operations
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to following:
Key Performance Area 1: Food Sourcing and Purchase
Key Result Activities
- Develop products and liaise with food suppliers in order to share best practices and stay up to date with new trends and food innovations.
- Work on timely procurement of required food products and related services.
- Partnered with Supply Chain to source local suppliers to produce product that replicates taste profile of core recipes developed for MENA as well as additional locally relevant products that compliment the core range.
- Coordinate brands product specification and source cost effective products for the business.
- Coordinate for sample testing/tasting, get quotation & Pro-forma invoice and order placing. Forecasting and preparation for future orders from local and international suppliers

Key Performance Area 2: Support Function Relations
Key Result Activities:
- Coordinate with warehouses and stores to determine stock levels and reorder level. Report any abnormalities of stock levels, stock movement and supplier issues to the concerned management.
- Work closely with Marketing department for signing off all local details on food packaging such as price and ingredient info to comply with local legislations and for sourcing, ordering local market label and POS material.
- Advice material order details to logistic section and coordinate for timely delivery of products.
- Track market and competitor activity in local markets to build successful strategies

Key Performance Area 3: Involvement in market performance/Operations
Key Result Activities:
- Partnered with local operations teams to drive sales and increase profitability margin, visual display, store ranging and wastage.
- Developed communication and educational material to support team members in their understanding of the food offering in the local market & generate weekly/monthly reports, from system related to waste, products mix and sales generation

Key Performance Area 4: Product Replenishment and Inventory Analysis
Key Result Activities:
- Coordinate with stores for realizing stock levels.
- Identify maximum and minimum stock levels. Report any abnormalities of stock levels, stock movement and supplier issues to the concerned management.

- Partner with line manager to lead the development of product ranges for localized markets that achieves company sales and profit targets as well as deliver brand fit,
