The job involves managing the business in terms of customer relationship, marketing and profitability with a sales team, which works in a matrix organization.
The industry segment covers Freight Exports.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent managerial capacity to handle all export requirement of the company.
Profitable sales development (sales volume, invoicing, gross margin).
Set target for the sales teams-enforce sales planning/ forecasting and contribute to the company's monthly/annual reporting.
Ensure highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipments accurately.
Procure competitive rates from carriers.
Responsible for timely monitoring and update on the shipment status from the point of acceptance through transit point up to final destination.
Gain new clients and maintain the existing clients by providing best service for their requirement.
Other duties as assigned by the company.
