Should have experience in MEP estimation and knowledge in design, generate BOQ and cost estimate
Should be able to create strong bonding with designing team and understand the drawings, specifications of MEP systems provided by the client/consultant. Raise the specified documents.
Should compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding
Should attend clarification meetings with client / consultant.
Should send enquiries and coordinate with vendors and Contractors for offers.
Should technically & commercially Evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements.
Should be able to meet up the tough bidding time frame of clients and internal departments.
Should have knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and Site Management manpower estimation concepts
