As a Commis I you are responsible for following the guidance of the superiors for the smooth operation and gets involved with all individuals in the section and delivers with all efforts appropriately.
Support the team in the daily operation work.
To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.
Control food stock and food cost in the section
To take proper inventory in the section in the absence of direct supervisor.
Control food stock and food cost in the section including by controlling wastage.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.
Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
Ensure the consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.
To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene as per Municipality.
