- Responsible for answering incoming calls, actively listening to customers, providing information, and resolving customer problems and concerns regarding the services and retaining customers relationships.
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Answers customer calls and offers assistance with respect to the services provided by the company.
- Identifies services that meet with the customer needs in order to cross sell / up sell where relevant
- Undertakes activity in accordance with the Call Centre procedures for the fulfillment of Call Centre process
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Works in shifts according to the Call Centre schedule
