Position Overview
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the success of the light construction equipment trading business growth and expansion in Kuwait, while overseeing all aspects of the business. The business unit manager will need to be highly driven, with the ability to manage teams (showrooms and direct sales).
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a country wide plan and vision, in line with the organization’s strategy, that delivers transformational value to our customers and partners
Develop, lead, manage and orchestrate the business, customers and partners in-country to drive expansion and growth
Sales management and forecast accuracy - deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Build and strengthen the company brand and awareness in Country, representing all functions of the company
Ambassador - speak and represent company at events and conferences
Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships across the entire ecosystem (Customers (construction partners), partners, Governments etc)
Develop relationships with the key stakeholders to influence and drive country initiatives
Collaborate with other internal functions (not reporting into this job), to ensure successful execution of strategic sales and marketing programs
Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
