- Close monthly books of accounts and prepare various accounting and Financial statements while ensuring accuracy of financials.
- Periodically review and scrutinize trial balance and ensure accuracy by checking entries and postings.
- Prepare periodical reports and provide to central accounts in time.
- Supervise reconciliation of Banks statements, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables, Inventory, etc.
- Treasury Management and coordination with Bankers for routine/adhoc treasury related requirements. Renewal of cash and non-cash facilities with various banks.
- Prepare daily Bank Balance report and manage bank signatory list
- Ensure compliance with Controls testing requirements of Corporate RMC.
- Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
- Liaising and working closely with external and internal auditors.
- Coordinate implementation of accounting and control procedures.
- Coordinate with IT in improving, enhancing system capabilities.
- Plan and schedule work of accountants and senior accountants
- Provide data on day to day issues to operations, logistics & operational excellence.
- Hyperion closing of financials
- Custodian of financial policies and procedures, DOA, Insurance policies, etc.
- Ensuring Balance Sheet review on quarterly basis.
- Maintaining fixed assets, prepaid, provisions and amortisation schedule.
- Supervision of payroll accounting and intercompany reconciliation.
- Forex revaluation of receivable, payable and bank balance on monthly basis.
