1. Manage staff, preparing schedule, assigning specific duties
2. Ensure spa cleanliness and maintenance is within company policy
3. Communicate clearly through all staff levels:
-Company policies and procedures
-Company future plans
-Management satisfaction/dissatisfaction
-Client feedback
4. Motivate all staff to maximum potential on both technical and professional level
5. Oversee activities directly related to providing services and/or making products
6. Maintain and constantly review client service standards
7. Plan training programs to maintain staff levels
8. Ensure smooth running of reception area with cash and paperwork procedures
9. Follow guidelines on controlling and accounting for stock
10. Attend meetings with Management Director(s) when required
11. Promote the company image through all media
12. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports
13. Measure productivity and determine areas needing improvement/cost reduction
