Looking for Waiters and Waitresses that can join immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting and serving customers.
- Provide detailed information on the menu and up-sell specialty items for the day to increase sales.
- Handle multi-tasks for both front and back -of-the-house activities.
- Ensure that every guest is attended to and enjoys their meals.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization.
- Ensure that proper coordination with kitchen staff to deliver and prepare accurate orders of guest's request.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Follow all relevant health department regulations.
