Main Purpose of Job:
Follow-up and monitor the project progress of work and clearly indicate the Project status in terms of progress (Ahead or behind schedule) and alert Project management and Planning and Cost Control Department for any problems facing the project to speed up finding appropriate solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Study the contract documents and plans and identify the critical issues & information.
· Review the original prepared schedule for Owner and insure approvals in coordination with project planning engineer & project management.
· Review monthly or periodic updates required by the Owner in coordination with the project management
· Prepare the project execution plan (Construction Method) in coordination with the project management and prepare the Milestone program.
· Ensure the preparation of a Project compressed schedule in coordination with the project planning engineer and project management, preparation of monthly updates and identify the critical paths and alert the project management for necessary action to avoid delay.
· Follow up the preparation of shop drawings and required materials (Logs) as per approved schedule in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
· Follow up the preparation of the monthly report for the Owner and the technical report of the Company on monthly basis.
· Prepare the required amendments to the project schedule in case of delays (Recovery Plan) in coordination with the project planning engineer.
Qualification and years of experience:
· Bachelor Degree in engineering.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in PCD
