Organizational Context:
The post is located in the Safety & Security Department. This department is responsible for providing wide-range of security systems - including CCTVs Surveillance Systems, and GPS tracking system. Right candidate will be responsible for supervising CCTVs surveillance Systems and GPS tracking operation in the Main Control Room (MCR).
Roles and responsibilities:
Supervising CCTVs surveillance systems and GPS tracking system operators.
Following up with MCR operators on daily basis.
Scheduling shifts for MCR operators on 24/7 basis.
Preparing all sorts of reports.
Coordinating with the MCR responsible personnel.
Reporting in case of failure to any of the systems/equipment working inside the MCR.
Following up with the designated departments in order to reduce systems and equipment downtime.
Contributing in the development and enhancement of MCR operational procedures.
Comply with any other duties which are equal or similar to the responsibility level and the grade of the post.
