Job Brief:
Dispatcher:
A Dispatcher is to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls between the call center and the delivery team. Receive requests, transmit messages and track the flow of delivery vehicles.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. Must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable efficient communication between different parties and also ensuring accurate and on time information.
Cashier:
A cashier is responsible to process all cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.
