• Job requires a good understanding of procedures and concepts within IT Network and communications, a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles of IT field;
• Job requires good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area;
Support
• Supports & Contacts sales staff in the market and may require attending out office hours calls.
• Supports the warehouse operations & communications.
• Accompanies any new salesmen in the market.
• Prepares & Sends daily credit reports to the businesses.
• Monitors the sap log activities of the salesmen.
• Supports the project team during pre-go live and post go live activities
• Hardware/software installations and preparation for new devices or any failed device
Training
• Trains the salesmen on the different functionalities of the hand held.
• Trains the SAP users on the new processes implemented to facilitate the hand held systems
Coordinator
• Attention to details & flexible.
• Strong Communication skills
• Capable of handling work under pressure
