ABOUT THE JOB
• Bring traffic to the store and the website using all the social media platforms and online media.
• Lead the growth of the IKEA digital presence in all markets.
• Strive to make the IKEA Brand becomes the natural first choice for home furnishing inspiration, dialogue, and product choice online.
• Lead and develop the social and online media strategies for all platforms according to their local relevance.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
• Create/develop
- A regional IKEA digital marketing strategy and plan that covers communication objectives, content, tools and resources for the IKEA social media platforms, online media and search engines, taking in consideration each market singularity.
- KPIs and analytics as fact-based input for the development of future plans.
- Each market integrated digital media mix that is consistent with offline communication.
• Support marketing teams in our markets to:
- Implement the full plan and secure the efficient and effective integration and optimisation of all IKEA communication and commercial activities present online.
- Develop digital competence and identify changes, trends in the digital media landscape.
- Launch and growth of ecommerce in each market by creating excitement about IKEA online shop and driving visitors to the website.
- Manage the relationships with external suppliers, to optimise the resources, identify potential benefits of economies of scale and regional.
• Coordinate
- Content creation, management and optimization and media synergies.
- Digital implementation of digital media strategy with other functions (e.g. external communication, commercial PR, IKEA Family) to maximize the traffic driven to the website and the store.
