Senior marketing officer is in charge of handling the agency’s key accounts and to monitor and maintain the relationship with the agency’s clients.
In addition, the senior marketing officer is in charge of preparing presentations for new clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Customer relationship management
• Account director/manager for Key accounts (up to 3 accounts)
• Contacting & meeting important leads
• Preparing presentations for new clients by himself or by delegating the due to other teams
• Briefing the art director.
• Insuring the delivery of projects for the clients on time in coordination with Operations Manager
• Preparing marketing plan for GAA
• Handling the account of GAA.
• Searching & studying business opportunities (new services/products) related to the core business of GAA
• Follow the digital and social media trends and always present creative and out of box ideas for the social media and creative teams to develop and present for clients
Performance Standards
• Maintaining key accounts
• Expand business with key accounts
• Landing business from important leads
• Creating extra income from new business opportunities
