Job purpose
To design and implement projects to streamline existing processes and implement new processes in all fields including finance, operations, HR, IT, etc.
Job responsibilities
Budgeting support and also support refreshing of finance business planning model – Separate views of the different entities and consolidated view as well.
Work on MIS module development and roll out for the HR and Payroll system – Control Design, Reporting Design and working with vendor to implement MIS reporting module.
Development and implementation of Monthly Management information Pack – This will include financial reporting academic reporting, operational reporting.
Supporting current and future projects taken up for implementation of new processes, automation, cost control, etc.
Procurement of uniforms, resources – all kinds of procurement and analyzing item wise trends, real requirements, vendor comparison, etc.
