The position is for one of the company under Al Babtain Group- Gulf Express. Desired candidate will support Gulf Express tire and accessory brands and champion need specific product developments (by segment) and services to drive and maintain sales and increase profitability.
Identifying appropriate sizes based on vehicle sales trend
Pre-empt market needs and prepare an order forecast for all brands on quarterly basis.
Quantify and qualify new product initiatives through market research.
Monitor SKU movement on a daily basis and propose strategies for price re positioning on a need basis.
Determine phase out and discontinuation of aging products based on financial and business analysis and recommend associated. production/purchasing/distribution actions.
Prepare order plan on a monthly basis well within the agreed cut-off dates maintaining the norm of stock levels not exceeding 6months.
Generate reports that show competitive product action, market positioning and market penetration.
Space utilization of warehouse and perpetual stock count.
Leading motivating training and developing staff.
