-Attracting, growing, and retaining a designated portfolio of high net worth customers for the bank.
-Maintaining and increasing a strong customer relationship through referrals to a dedicated Premier Banking Officer for a high level of service.
-Responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services.
-Cross-Selling all deposits and liability products/services offered by the bank.
-Visiting and meeting new potential Premier customers and market the Premier account.
-Processing all Premier account transactions, opening accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and closing accounts.
-Accepting and processing credit applications such as (Credit cards, Loans, .. etc.) , and forward them to the concern department.
-Required to contact Premier Banking customers on a regular basis.
-Setting up standing/covering instruction.
-Issuing Manager’s/Certified cheques.
-Manage their portfolio by keeping it updated (Flagging/De-Flagging) of customers.
