- 7-10 years of relevant practice experience in the same field .
- Strong experience with external foreign contracts.
- Strong experience in GCC laws
- Ability to interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and business.
- Review and study the case file in detail in order to get fully aware of all aspects involved and related to cases/ matters.
- Proven ability to solve problem in case of any disputes has arisen.
- University degree in law or equivalent from a recognized university.
