Full P&L responsibility for Kuwait Oilfield Maintenance Centre business
The following is a summary of the essential functions and responsibilities for the position.
Safety & Environment: Ensure that the business is run safely and with consideration to the environment, that priority is given to the wellbeing of employees, contractors, customers and anyone working for, in or visiting the facility.
Financial / Commercial: Ensure that there are cost control process and procedures in place to ensure that the business is run effectively and efficiently and the cost structure reflects the business needs. Implement risk control and risk mitigation processes. Oversee the compliance with corporate reporting needs and manage the budgeting / forecasting process.
Operations: Ensure operational excellence is achieved through a focus on continual improvement.
Customer Focus: Ensure the highest level of Customer focus and service is achieved; has attained a reputation for service excellence from long established customers which must be maintained.
Sales / Marketing / BD: Ensure there is continual focus and a strategy developed for the profitable growth for the business including having a sales, sales support and costing structure in place to achieve same.
Business Planning: Develop short, mid & long term business plans.
Management of Principle Agreements: Related to the growing of the business, ensure all obligations of the agreements to the principles are met and there is continued focus on maximizing the growth potential of principles business in country. Ensure maximizes revenue that can be generated in partnership with and in the supporting of principles activities.
