- Performs skilled painting preparations and surface coating on all GSE equipments.
- Receives equipment from the denter after the completion of the denting work
- Surface preparation, all types of painting processes and polishing
- Selects appropriate paint materials and tools for the work and mixes the paint
- Does the color matching
- Prepares equipment surface which includes putty application and sanding, priming and sanding and finally masking
- Carryout plastic parts surface treatment which includes putty application and sanding, primer application and finally masking after sanding.
- Top coat spraying of solid, metallic and multi layer paint
- Carry out polishing after drying.
- Delivers the completed equipment to the lead hand
- Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned by GSE Lead Hand
- Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of NAS and customers
- Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization and also environmental protection.
- Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/ Task performed.
- Responsible for reporting to his superiors' occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
