- Develop procedures / protocol s to implement labor laws of Kuwait, IFC Performance Standards and guidelines on Environmental and Social Management and KEPA laws.
- Ensure the protocols and procedures are implemented by contractors by closely interacting
with them, providing clarifications and advice.
- Develop training module, provide training on Environment, Social and Worker welfare management.
- Monitor and report performance of contractors against the issued procedure and Manage / Participate in Audit / Carry out site inspections to assess Environmental, Social and Workers Welfare Management Plan / System Implementation and follow up on closure of findings.
- Analyse the grievances / audit Inspection finding monitoring reports to Identify trends and advise appropriate action.
- Incorporate / review E&S-factors into feasibility studies, environmental impact assessment and contracts and other documents as assigned.
- Actively engage in all Environmental and social Management Plan activities including events awareness programs, meetings, discussions etc.
