- Responsible for the quality of all the food which produced in restaurant and hence makes every effort to prepare the best product possible
- Must know the menu, ingredients, method of Production and time to prepare each item.
- Responsible for all kitchen utensils to be available at all times cleaned and stored after use. Also responsible that the kitchen is cleaned before you finish your shift.
- Complete understanding of and adhere to the restaurant’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all others.
