-Prepare journal entries and complete all general ledger postings
-Support the Accounting Supervisor on monthly book closure activities.
-Preparation of monthly financial statements
-Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain schedules for all key accounts
-Assist in yearend book closure and Annual Audit.
-Administer accounts payable
o Maintain vendor master
o Invoice verification process.
o Vendor reconciliations
-Reconciliation of Inter / Intra company accounts
-Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
-Assist in RMC testing process.
-Release daily and weekly sales reports
-Assist in reporting the financials in Hyperion – TB upload and validation
