- Collaborate with Project Developers to gain understanding of design intent and customer requirements
- Perform site visits for detailed engineering review of project site, including evaluation of electrical interconnection, civil and site conditions
- Develop detailed construction drawing sets for Solar PV projects (including PV Module layouts, electrical one-line and three-line diagrams, electrical layouts and details) and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and protocol
- Coordinate with outside engineers providing relay protection, medium voltage, civil, and structural design services
- Facilitate engineering input from third party firms and product manufacturers
- Coordinate with Construction Managers on local permitting requirements
- Assist Construction Management Team with equipment procurement
- Perform regular project site visits during construction to ensure installation is in accordance with permitted construction documents and industry standards.
Provide collaborative technical support to all parties throughout project design, construction, and implementation
- Assisting Project Commissioning Team with testing procedures, punch list development
- Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties
- Perform other duties as required
