Currently looking for a Service Technician who can provide technical service as well as constant and efficient after-sales service and support to our clients. You will be required to perform service/installation repair work and preventative maintenance as needed for Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing service/installation repair work and preventative maintenance as required for Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment that may be sold or serviced by the branch
- Maintaining accurate work records, adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log
- Presenting neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies
- Testing equipment before leaving job site and perform safety check
- Maintaining good customer relations and customer service
- Assisting others in install/service methods and other duties as may be required
Modelling, fostering and driving the Stanley values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed
