- Plans layout of project & Integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review & approval.
- Administers preparation of shop drawings & conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Developments of concepts through detailed designs & into construction documentation.
- Prepare architectural shop drawings & specifications to enable clear information to be issued to the site & construction team.
- Lead the effort of sourcing materials & construction system for projects based on a keen understanding of functional requirements, value for money, availability and appropriateness.
- Understand & analyze designs completed by others & to identify, discuss and implement efficiencies which can be achieved.
