- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Communicate with leads and customers via email.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately( No Required)
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed( No Required).
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers( No Required)
- Advise on appropriate purchase options.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback( No Required)
- Responsible for prospecting & selling Mutual funds in the banks within the region. ( No Required)
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Relationship managers / Senior RMs Regional Heads etc. ( No Required)
- To support the branch sales staff in a achieving the sales target. ( No Required)
- Assist branch in generating sales and form filling and other necessary requirements. ( No Required)
- Person is also expected to do sales and achieve revenue no’s which will be shared from time to time.
- Also to generate leads and keep a close follow up until it gets closed. ( No Required)
- Will require doing the back end job for submission of application.
