The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure sales targets are being met.
- Achieving the personal and store KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Maintain excellent level of product knowledge;
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Following point of sales procedures;
- Accurately completing any daily and weekly checklists as required;
- Monitors the stock management of the promotion products by ensuring that the products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantities;
- Ensure all store related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
