The Role:
The Marketing Executive (Online Designer) will be responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of all marketing programs and initiatives; collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing and communications functions in order to operate within the guidelines of both Alshaya and your host brand. You will support content and design for My Starbucks Rewards in MENA, mena.starbucks.com as well as the Starbucks app and website CMS (present and future).
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years direct experience with online design - brand or agency side
- Proven expertise in developing content in different formats for different channels (app, webpages, social, online etc.)
- Solid digital design and production experience
- Visual design / strong creative skills
- HTML & CSS
- CMS experience (Wordpress, Joomla)
- Familiar with FTP clients
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills
- Experience managing product development (AGILE methodology)
- UX & CX skills
- Attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work
- The ability to explain technical matters clearly
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Bilingual is an advantage
