Title: Head of Digital Transformation
Reporting to: Head of Retail Banking (General Manager level)
Location: Kuwait
Description and Requirements:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering an IT and Digital Transformation strategy that embeds digital thinking, delivery and support across the organization at a Group level.
As a Senior Digital Banking Executive - the person should have had experience in building and executing digital strategies in the Retail Banking industry, ideally in a large multinational bank
Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking industry with knowledge of Retail Banking business/products/operations
