- Prepare delivery time schedules planning and follow up with drivers.
- Organize orders with multi-locations (finding most efficient delivery options).
- Handling fleet complaints and resolving their problems.
- Handling customer’s complaints and resolving their problems.
- Making daily/weekly Reports of deliveries and customers feedback.
- Tracking delivery cars and maintain records.
- Cooperate with company team members and colleagues.
- Has a good knowledge in computer usage and willing to learn more.
- Managing day-to-day fleet operation activities.
- Supervising driver team ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards.
- Managing vehicle allocation and planning up to one month in advance.
- HSE internal auditing to keep the vehicles compliant as per HSE standards.
- Review of weekly and monthly reports and summarizing pertinent points.
- Coordinating the acquisition, management and disposal of fleet vehicles.
- Managing the service contract with the provider.
