• Prepare progress measurement system and Overall Project Schedule. • Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure and Control Budget. • Attending Progress Review Meeting and coordination with Discipline Engineers • Preparation and analysis of productivity curves discipline wise. • Reporting deviation in project budget to management and forecast. • Preparation of payment valuation form in proportion to progress measurement system. • Preparation of Level 1, 2 and Level-3 schedule and further micro-schedules for engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing and ordering. • Preparation of Progress Curves for Overall, Engineering, Procurement and Construction. • Preparation of monthly invoices. • Preparation and analysis of Cost for the project. • Resource Leveling and Manpower loading on project based on quantity, duration & productivity. • Preparation of Pre Tender schedules, Manpower Histograms, Equipment Loading charts. • Liaising with sub-contractors, vendors for material delivery and cost. • Preparation of monthly projection plan for the income and expenses. • Preparation of Method Statements, Procedures related to Project Management and Planning. • Preparation of Cost control budget for the year and monitor the month wise Actual Value of Work done against the projected planned value
