- Experience in Building Construction Technology
- Prepare Technical Documents , Reports and Surveys.
- Perform Cost Estimating, Comparisons and Reviewing Design Calculation.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Review Tender Estimation.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control.
- Prepare and analyses costing for tenders.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Value completed work and arrange payments.
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Maintain material supplier’s data base.
- Complete Tender Documents for submission.
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
- Preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or sub-contractors.
- Carry out take offs for material procurement.
- Sub-contract negotiation and letting.
- Preparation and submission of interim valuations.
- Preparation and submission of several works final account.
- Agreement of final accounts.
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
