Main purpose of the Job
To assist in executing all advertising activities required to promote VIVA products and services and improve the corporate image of VIVA.
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Support the day to day operations of the respective unit/ department by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
- Support the development of commercial (Marketing) policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing its implementation to ensure that all procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost – effective service to internal customers.
- Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities such as media conferences in line with the marketing department strategy.
- Coordinate with corporate communication unit for effective design of corporate newsletters, corporate portal and recommend definitions around the CSR image for VIVA’s effective internal bran communication and ensure a unified image is communicated to all VIVA branches and stores.
- Generate regular and special reports for the branding &? Advertising senior Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the marketing communications section and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
- Provide professional advice to the branding & advertising senior manager on various marketing communications related initiatives and issues to keep them informed and abreast of relevant developments.
- Liaise with VIVA sectors and department to effectively respond to business customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all marketing communications transactions and to provide value added contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
