Post various types of Journal Entries & insure accurate month and year end closing balances. Control and review day to day accounting transaction.
Process & Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly AR tasks / duties.
Review all AR invoices before issuance for appropriate documentation (LPO’s &
Deliver, etc.)
Prepare and post Monthly AR invoices to the accounting system.
Post customer payments to the accounting system on time.
Prepare account statements for all customers & Reconcile customer accounts
accurately.
Process daily, weekly & Monthly AP duties.
Review all AP invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.
Post all vendor invoices into SAP after obtaining the appropriate approval.
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
Maintain accurate evaluation of inventory in PSD & SAP.
Manage Petty Cash disbursement & Maintain Proper records of cash disbursements.
Obtain monthly expenses from employees & reconcile expenses with petty cash
disbursements.
Sort & organize expense invoices and post them to SAP.
Handle all bank transaction including deposits, payments & bank reconciliation.
Post all bank transaction to the SAP system. Prepare monthly reports that include accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of financial statement.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary details and explanations for audit processing. Assist in month end closing process.
Assist with other tasks as requested by management.
