• 6 Shift Leader: Responsible for the operations of a power plant during an assigned shift. Oversees the work of operating staff and trains new employees. In coordination with a Manager develops plans for service interruption or equipment maintenance. Bachelor's degree is recommended. He reports to a operation manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. It requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
• 1 Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Perform all duties regarding mechanical maintenance and projects assigned in a safe and professional manner. Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair mechanical equipments. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
• 1 Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. Perform all duties regarding electrical maintenance and projects assigned in a safe and professional manner. Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical equipments. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. • 1 Instrumentation and Control Supervisor. Perform all duties regarding instrumentation and control maintenance and projects assigned in a safe and professional manner. Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair instrumentation and control equipments. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
• 1 Solar Field Supervisor. Perform all duties regarding mechanical, electrical and instrumentation en control maintenance in the solar field and projects assigned in a safe and professional manner. Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and control equipments. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments. Parabolic trough collector design experience is mandatory.
