1. Responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing SAP B1 software programs for businesses in order to help users manage areas such as inventory, sales, production, and marketing etc.
2. Analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for companies in integrating various business operations into one platform.
3. Provide Product Support and Training
4. Elicit requirements from stakeholders
5. Develop effective reports /workaround solutions based on requirements
6. Prepare and lead sprint review meetings
7. Prepare and lead sprint retrospect meetings
8. Monitor and track projects
9. Prepare project communication plans
10. Work with the company’s IT personnel to troubleshoot any problems with SAP programs and offer technical solutions.
11. Provide training to company managers in all areas of SAP programs & other reporting tools
12. Prepare and manage risk management plans. 13. Strong customer service orientation.
